Just wanted to say how excellent the staff and therapists are at SW Ortho. Jaime and Marilyn and all the other therapists were always doing an amazing job to help me progress, gain strength and encourage me for the healing of my shoulder.
Tammy and Emma were so patient and considerate in arranging my appointments. I am so grateful for all the help you all gave me. Thank you again.
Thank you, Jene', so much for teaching me so much during physical therapy. I have learned so much about my body. I am having difficulty remember the pain that I used to endure. I'll be walking and look down and watch my arms swinging with my steps. Sometimes it feels like an out-of-body experience. After working with Kale, David and I ran some errands and ending up at Albertson's. David didn't even realize that he pushed the grocery cart the entire time. I was very proud that I could continue to walk and function on my own. On Wednesday, we took our usual walk and then unexpectedly went to Costco. By the time we finished, I was exhausted. But it was my 'good' right knee that needed to be ice. I saw my primary doctor this week when David had an appointment. She was surprised how well I am doing. When I talked about my restless legs at night, she said it could be caused by anemia. I had blood work immediately and, yes, I am anemic. So, taking some iron should make me feel even better. I have more energy and am doing more around the house than I have in a very long time. I just wanted to let you know how much you helped me. I also enjoyed our conversations.
It is woefully late in expressing to you my heart felt gratitude for your help to me last May. I was referred to you though Dr. Frank Comunas’ office and you graciously agreed to do an evaluation on my hip on pretty short notice. I had been in pain since mid-March and had a big 50th wedding anniversary trip coming in June. After your thorough evaluation, you kindly contacted Dr. William Chesnut on my behalf and I was able to get an appointment with the next day. He stayed after hours just to see me. I attribute that favor directly to you and your relationship with Dr. Chesnut.
Dr. Chesnut did order an injection for my hip and that allowed me to make my trip with much less pain. I also had a couple of sessions with you practice before the trip and was able to use those exercises on the trip.
The hip continued to deteriorate and I had a total hip replacement on August 8. I am happy to report that I am doing very well. I had four sessions of “at hope PT” and my surgeon did not prescribe any further PT at this time.
I have told many of my friends and family members about you and your excellent customer service. If I ever have the need for PT in the future, your firm will be at the top of my list. When I mention your name, I get lots of positive comments about you as a professional.
My name is Ann D. and I’m a super senior at age 73. I had my right hip replaced by Dr. Altman on Jan 17, 2017. He performed the surgery using the anterior approach which means my incision is on the front instead of the posterior.
After my release form the hospital and having home health for 2 weeks (visiting nurse and physical therapy), I was assigned to continue outpatient physical therapy at Southwest Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. I met the owner Kale who assigned me to Danielle, my physical therapist. What a delightful young lady…big smile, personable, and energetic. She evaluated me checking my strength and mobility. My program was for 2 ½ months. She really challenged me with various exercises, weights, and equipment. Danielle was very knowledgeable explaining why we were doing these various exercises and the benefits. She was encouraging, loving, and informative. I told her that I was a tennis player so she is incorporated a program that would help me get back on the court.
The whole staff… front desk, the other PT and trainees were courteous, helpful and encouraging. God bless and thank you Kale, Danielle and the entire staff at Southwest Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.
I was referred to Southwest Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, due to sever pain in my hip and knee. After seven one hour sessions, I have no pain, and even playing golf again. This is the third year I have gone to them and it helped me so that I do not need any cortisone shots. I love their logo, “Positively in Motion.” They are wonderful people and take care of their patients on a one to one basis.
August 4th I started PT at SouthWest Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. From the very beginning I felt everyone cared about me and my condition. I knew right away your company would make a difference towards my healing. Thank you for being there when I cried due to pain and frustration.
Thank you for encouraging me all of the times my knee pain seemed more than I could bear. Thank you for being a friend I got to know and trust. Kale, God Bless you and your family at SWOPT! I am most grateful for all you have done for me.
You know what a horrific year I have had emotionally and physically. Truly, I am reluctant to think of my state if it weren’t for ALL of you. How do you begin to say thank you to people who have given your life back?
I highly recommend your center to anyone who will listen! Your professionalism, talent, skill level, enthusiasm, and compassion are always present. Each staff member has become family. As trite as that may sound, sorry, it’s true. There is follow-through in your plan! All professionals know my step and cadence wherever I am in my customized program. Following the lead provided by their strong, gentle, friendly leader, there is genuine caring throughout.
My heartfelt thanks to you, Kale, for your very active participation in my program. My ankles sincerely appreciate your “hands-on” approach! My thanks to each and all of my therapists, and each precious lady in the office. Thank you for encouraging my improvement and success. As a result of your care, I try harder and genuinely look forward to our sessions.
My love and thank you,
Please accept this correspondence as a form of great appreciation and admiration regarding the care your staff and facility provided me post shoulder surgery. The knowledge, capability and positive attitude present during my physical therapy sessions by your staff makes it very understandable why your scheduling books are so full.
The care that Kale Isaacson, P.T. and Jean Holm, M.P.T., C.K.T.P. have provided has been outstanding. I have progressed steadily and am extremely satisfied with the knowledge and care they have provided for me. Their staff of approximately 20 individuals exudes a positive and vibrant atmosphere for healing.
Thank you! I am excited with the results I have had so far with my exercise program. I can’t believe it, but I am still holding my adjustment after all that work you did on me. It has never held after being “beat-up” like that. Dr. Russo is right- you are a genius! I am feeling so much better. I look forward to what is to come.
I just wanted to say thank you again for allowing me to do my clinical observation hours at your facility today. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the interaction with you, your staff, and the few lovely patients I met. Everyone was very helpful, informative, and caring enough to provide me with information and answers to my questions. I know I am making the right decision after being at the SWOPT facility. I am forging ahead with my Physical Therapy Assistant program, but I also enrolled in physics today at Central New Mexico Community College to finish the needed prerequisites for University of New Mexico Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.
I was glad that I had the experience at Southwest Orthopaedic Physical Therapy when sent there in June. I was determined to carry through with my physical therapy this time. Kale Isaacson and everyone there is exceptional. They are like one big family and treat you like you are in their family. Their place is immaculate and I wish you could meet them all.
